Coconut Milk Oats Porridge

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 20 grams rolled oats
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 200 ml water
- 2 medium sized sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 50 grams (7 – 8 pieces) strawberries
- 10 grams almonds
- 10 grams walnuts
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- Pinch of Salt
Procedure:
- In a medium saucepan, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes or until the oats are soft and the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
- Add a pinch of salt and stir well to combine.
- Divide the porridge into two bowls.
- Top with sliced banana, fresh berries, chia seeds, and nuts.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
