Minty Peach Lemonade

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 peeled and sliced ripe peaches
- 1 lemon
- 10-12 fresh mint leaves
- 250 ml cold water
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
Procedure:
- Peel and slice the peaches. Blend them until smooth in a blender or food processor.
In a pitcher, combine the peach puree and lemon juice. - Gently bruise the mint leaves with a spoon or muddler to release their flavor. Add them to the pitcher.
- If desired, stir in honey and pour in the cold water and mix well. Adjust the amount of water based on your preferred strength.
- Add ice cubes if desired, or chill the lemonade in the refrigerator before serving.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with additional mint leaves or peach slices if desired.
