Thai Paneer Lettuce Wraps

Thai Paneer Lettuce Wraps are a delightful fusion of flavors, featuring tender paneer cubes sautéed with crunchy vegetables and aromatic spices. Wrapped in crisp lettuce leaves and garnished with fresh coriander, these wraps offer a refreshing, low-carb alternative to traditional wraps. The blend of chili sauce, peanut butter, and mint chutney adds a unique, tangy twist, making this dish a perfect, healthy snack or light meal.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams paneer, cubed
- 30 grams diced onion
- 30 grams diced carrot
- 30 grams diced capsicum
- 15 grams shredded cabbage
- 60 grams lettuce leaves (8-10 leaves)
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon pesto/ mint chutney
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter (optional. If using, use homemade butter)
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
Procedure:
- Start by heating some oil in a skillet and add in cubed paneer, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes, while stirring and then add in the cabbage, carrots, and onion.
- Let them sauté for 5 minutes more.
- Take a small bowl for the dressing, then add in the peanut butter, chili sauce, ginger, red chilli powder, and pesto/ mint sauce.
- Mix them well to combine properly.
- Add this to the pan and combine it well with the mixture.
- Then to prepare the wrap, take a lettuce leaf, add in the mixture and garnish some chopped coriander for freshness.
- Serve as it is or along with sautéed vegetables.
