Walnuts are a simple, yet powerful food to fuel wellness and fitness goals. But it’s more important to know where the goodness is found.
Eating more of the healthy food and less of the junk food can help you prevent cancer, extend your lifespan, protect your heart and manage your weight better.

Carrots and Green leafy veggies

Good nutrition can keep your eyesight healthy throughout the years. Keep your eye on carrots as the carotenoids in them and the antioxidants are good for eyes. Other foods like corn with lutein and zeaxanthin are also healthy for eyes. Carotenoids are also found in greens like spinach, and kale, protect the retina from macular degeneration.

Walnuts

Extremely beneficial for skin, walnuts contain a considerable amount of good fats in the form of omega-3 fatty acids i.e. ALA (Alpha-Linolenic Acid). To nourish your body’s largest organ is important. Maintain healthy looking and glowy skin with alpha-lipoic acid (ALA). This antioxidant is more powerful than vitamins C and E, and protects your skin cells from damage and many of the elements it’s exposed to each day.
