For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams peeled and shredded green papaya
- 100 grams mixed sprouts
- 50 grams diced cucumber
- 50 grams shredded carrot
- 30 grams diced red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon roasted peanuts
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green papaya, mixed sprouts, diced cucumber, shredded carrot, and diced red bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, sesame oil, soy sauce, black salt, and ground black pepper until well blended.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to ensure everything is coated evenly.
- Divide the salad into two serving bowls. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and crushed roasted peanuts for added crunch. Serve immediately.
