Baked Chicken Wings with Garlicky Curd Dip are a healthy and delicious appetizer with a crispy exterior and tender interior. The wings are seasoned with spices and baked to perfection, while the creamy garlic yogurt dip adds a refreshing and tangy contrast.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
- 1/2 cup thick curd or Greek yogurt (about 120 grams)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and oregano to the wings. Toss well until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crisp.
- Meanwhile, prepare the garlicky curd dip by combining the curd, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Serve the baked wings hot with the garlicky curd dip on the side.
