Green Peas and milk soup

Green peas and milk soup is an amazing recipe made with fresh green peas which could be enjoyed during evening supper in this super cold weather.
Nutritional benefits –
Fresh peas provide you with fibre and antioxidant which can aid the digestion process in your body. Milk is an excellent source of protein and calcium which is required for healthy bones and tissues.
Ingredients –
- 30 grams of fresh peas
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ onion powder

Method –
- Take a sauce pan add salted water to boil and add peas into it and cook until tender.
- Drain the peas and blend them into a blender.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan over a medium flame. Stir in milk, salt pepper, onion and garlic powder. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add seasonings if desired and serve hot.
