A new research said, “People suffering from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease may benefit from regular exercise and replacing high-calorie beverages with decaffeinated green tea.”

Researchers said that consuming green tea extract and exercising can make the body to process nutrients differently which further can solve the problem of fatty liver disease. He said, “We think that the polyphenols in green tea interact with digestive enzymes secreted in the small intestine and partially inhibit the breakdown of carbohydrates, fat and protein in food.”
