Almond Milk Shake

Almond Milkshake is a creamy, dairy-free beverage made with almond milk, soaked almonds, banana, chia seeds, and a hint of vanilla. This shake is smooth, nutritious, and naturally sweet, perfect for a quick breakfast or a refreshing snack. A dash of cinnamon adds a warm, subtle spice, enhancing the flavor profile.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 ml almond milk, unsweetened
- 15 grams almonds (soaked overnight and peeled)
- 1 small banana
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
- Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the peeled almonds, almond milk, banana, chia seeds, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker shake, use less almond milk; for a thinner consistency, add more almond milk.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon powder if you like a hint of spice. If you want a chilled shake, add a few ice cubes and blend again until smooth.
- Pour the shake into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a few slivered almonds on top (optional).
- Serve immediately.
