Method
Knead a soft dough using whole wheat flour and oats flour with water. Let the dough rest for about 10 minutes. Make a big size thin chapatti using the dough.
Finely chop the onions.
In a pan, heat one teaspoon of oil. Once heated add chopped onions. Saute until onions turn golden.
To this, add sprouts and the spices .Let it cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Once the filling is cooled, spread it on the chapati. Roll it up tightly and seal it with a toothpick.
