Basil Walnut Dressing

This Basil Walnut Dressing is a vibrant and nutrient-packed dressing with a creamy texture from walnuts, a peppery zest from basil, and a tangy kick from lemon. It adds an herbal, nutty flavor to any dish, enhancing the taste and health profile of your meals.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams fresh basil leaves
  • 20 grams walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2-3 tablespoons water

Procedure:
