Understand Water Beyond Quenching Just the Thirst

Life on earth is sustained by water. We exist because water exists. Had there been no water, life on earth would have been unattainable.
The human body requires multiple things to survive on earth like food, air, water, shelter and more, today we will majorly talk about how water is more than just a component supporting life on earth.
Water makes up nearly 60 percent of our bodies and we can hardly go a few days without water. Think of how you utilize water in your everyday life. From cooking to cleaning to drinking to bathing to washing, water is everywhere. How do we survive without it? Can there be life without water?
Do you sometimes start feeling dizzy and uncomfortable and you can’t understand what is happening to your body? This usually is caused because of dehydration and simply drinking a few glasses of water instantly makes you feel better. Water carries out a lot of functions in your body rather than just quenching thirst.
It acts as both a solvent and a delivery mechanism.

A nourishing lifestyle includes the consumption of water on a daily basis. The thought of drinking water every few hours is often skipped by us. We mostly drink water to quench the thirst and that’s where we give rise to various health problems. Dehydration, constipation, poor skin health, fatigue, urine infection, headaches, and tiredness are mostly caused by the lack of water in our body.

How can you increase and improve your water intake? Here are some suggestions:
1.Men require 15.5 cups (3.7L) while women require 11.5 cups (2.7L) of water daily.
2.Maintain a chart and record the amount of water you are consuming.
3.Drink water before and after every meal
Practice drinking water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
4.Infuse your water with different elements such as citrus fruits, lemon, ginger, lemongrass, clove, and cinnamon.
5.Carry a bottle with you.
6.Sometimes the body needs water and confuses it with hunger. Drinking water often proves beneficial.

Let’s take a step towards a better and healthier life by incorporating water as an indispensable unit. While we understand how water is an essential component in sustaining life, we tend to ignore how callously we use it. We need to be more cautious as to how we consume water. The world is facing a serious water crisis and it is predicted that we will eventually run out of water. We should avoid lavishly using water because life on earth is unimaginable without water.
