To prepare this coffee, put out a bowl and add some coffee powder, jaggery powder and whisk it all together in some hot water till you get a light brown shade of coffee with heavy foam. The rest of the recipe is very easy. Now, you have to take a glass and put some ice cubes in it and pour the cold milk over the ice cubes. Then take a spoon on the fluffy coffee mixture and put it on the top. Sprinkle some coffee powder on the top of the coffee foam. The end result is creamy, almost like eating a cake, with a delightful bitter resonance of espresso.
