Vegan rice crispies are an amazing treats filled with the high health benefits and an amazing flavor.

Puffed rice are high in fiber and complex carbohydrates. They are one of the healthy option to opt for to satisfy your cravings and provide you with instant energy. Jaggery is rich in its iron, folate, zinc and selenium contents.
Ingredients –
- 30 grams of puffed rice (murrmura)
- 10 grams jaggery
- 10 grams ghee

Method –
- To make vegan rice crispies, Take a sauce pan and dry roast rice puffs or murrmura until crisp.
- Then heat ghee and jaggery in pan. Whisk until they are mixed properly and mixture begins to dry out and caramelize.
- Add puffed rice to this caramelized mixture. Bind it using stir and fold technique.
- Pour the obtained mixture on a baking tray and chill it in freezer for about 1-2 hours.
- Cut it into square slices and enjoy your crispy delights.
