Strawberry Lemonade

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams sliced fresh strawberries
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 500 ml cold water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberries and lemon slices
- Fresh mint leaves
Procedure:
- In a blender, add the sliced strawberries and blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, blend only until partially smooth.
- In a pitcher, combine the strawberry puree with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
- Pour in the cold water and mix until fully incorporated. Adjust the water to taste if you prefer a stronger or milder flavor.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the strawberry lemonade over the ice, and garnish with fresh strawberries and lemon slices. Add mint leaves if desired.
