Peach Iced Tea

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 500 ml water
- 2 black tea bags
- 1 medium ripe peach, sliced
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lemon slices
Procedure:
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat, add the tea bags, and let steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer the tea. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
- In a pitcher, add the sliced peaches and pour the brewed tea over them. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled peach tea over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and lemon slices if desired.
