Pistachio milkshake is an amazing and delicious drink to consume during summers. Made with the goodness of pistachios, it’s a flavourful shake with ample of benefits.
Nutritional Benefits:
Pistachios are a great source of dietary fibre and antioxidants because of which they prevent chronic diseases. They also contain good fat which is linked to improved heart health. Milk is a great source of calcium, protein and B Vitamins which plays an important role in the body.
Ingredients:
- 10 grams pistachios
- 150 millilitres milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)
- Crushed ice

Method:
- Deseed the pistachios and put them aside.
- In a blender, blend together pistachios, sugar and milk.
