Paneer Garlic

Garlic paneer, a delicious starter or a side dish in which Cottage Cheese/Paneer is tossed in a garlic-infused sauce- making it even more delicious. This spectacular recipe can be served in many different and wonderful ways and can be used as a starter for parties, evening snack or can be used as a filling for Kathi rolls.

Paneer is an Indian cheese and is the powerhouse of protein and calcium. It consists of various other nutrients like Vitamin D, Vitamin A and iron that aids in many body processes. Garlic is highly nutritious and has various health benefits on the human body.
Ingredients:
- 40 grams paneer(cottage cheese)
- ¼ teaspoon oats flour
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon red chilli sauce
- Salt as per taste
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon oil

METHOD:
- Cut paneer or cottage cheese into 4 or more equal cubes.
- Then, take a bowl, add oats flour, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt, garlic paste, red chilli sauce, oregano and mix them well.
- Add a little water and mix again.
- Put the paneer in the mixture and coat it well.
- Leave it for 15-30 minutes to let the spices soak in.
- Heat the oil in a skillet, place the paneer pieces carefully in the skillet.
- Fry them for 5 minutes on low heat, turn to other side and fry for 5 more minutes.
- Turn them again and fry for 3 minutes. (both sides)
- Turn off the flame and serve hot with mint chutney.
