Spinach Dumplings

Dumplings are considered as one of the favourite munch-on of all time and this bright coloured spinach dumplings appeals to be a wholesome snack to all our good sense.
Nutritional Benefits:
Spinach is an extremely nutrient-rich vegetable. It packs high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron and calcium.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams spinach, chopped
- 20 grams paneer, crumbled
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 5 grams all-purpose flour (maida)
- 5 grams parmesan cheese
- A pinch of nutmeg
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and roll each portion into small dumplings.
- Arrange the dumplings on a greased sieve and steam them in a steamer for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve well.
