This Peach Crumble is a delightful dessert that showcases the natural sweetness and juiciness of fresh peaches, complemented by a crunchy oat and nut topping. It’s a warm and comforting dish that’s perfect for summer gatherings or cozy evenings. With healthy ingredients and optional natural sweeteners, this crumble is both delicious and nutritious.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams pitted and sliced peaches
- 60 grams rolled oats
- 30 grams whole wheat flour
- 30 grams chopped nuts
- 20 grams unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a baking dish, arrange the sliced peaches evenly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the melted coconut oil and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the sliced peaches in the baking dish.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the peaches are bubbly.
