Peach Crumble

This Peach Crumble is a delightful dessert that showcases the natural sweetness and juiciness of fresh peaches, complemented by a crunchy oat and nut topping. For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams pitted and sliced peaches
  • 60 grams rolled oats
  • 30 grams whole wheat flour
  • 30 grams chopped nuts
  • 20 grams unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil

Procedure:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a baking dish, arrange the sliced peaches evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, whole wheat flour, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the melted coconut oil and mix until crumbly.
