Jasmine Mint Iced Tea

Jasmine Mint Iced Tea is a refreshing and fragrant beverage that combines the delicate floral notes of jasmine tea with the invigorating essence of fresh mint. Perfect for warm days, this iced tea not only quenches your thirst but also elevates your mood with its soothing aroma and vibrant taste.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 2 teaspoons jasmine tea leaves
- 5-6 fresh mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
- Slices of lemon for garnish
- Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the jasmine tea leaves. Allow to steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your taste preference.
- After steeping, add the fresh mint leaves to the tea. Let it sit for another 5 minutes to infuse the mint flavor.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea leaves and mint. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Pour the chilled jasmine mint tea in glass, add ice cubes and if desired, add lemon juice for a tangy flavor. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and lemon slices.
