Satisfy your sweet tooth with these yummy, healthy and easy to make dry fruit energy ladoos. These naturally sweetened energy balls are filled with the goodness of nuts like almonds, pistachios, raisins and cashews. All you have to do is roast the nuts in some ghee along with jowar and besan. Now, take a separate pan and make jaggery syrup in it. Mix both of them together and make ladoos from the mixture. Once done, sprinkle some chopped nuts over it and enjoy.

The Ingredients are as follows: pumpkin, besan, coconut oil, coconut milk, almonds, jaggery and cardamom powder. Cook it for 20 mins, Make a note that the puree should be thick and not dry.
Next, heat a pan and add besan, roast it until the besan changes its colour to a golden light brown, add cardamom powder and mix it well. Its time to add the liquid ingredients, add coconut oil stir it well, next add the puree, coconut milk, jaggery and combine it all properly. Stir the mixture constantly until it becomes dry and somewhat flakey. Place the burfi mixture on a greased mould and set aside to cool. Once cooled, cut into your desired shape. Sprinkle some chopped almonds over it and enjoy your healthy treat.
This delicious Coconut ladoos are vegan, gluten-free and a perfect nutritious Diwali sweet. It is made with just 7 ingredients, they are unsweetened dried coconut, cardamom powder, full-fat coconut milk, 2 tsp coconut oil, jaggery, a pinch of salt and 2 tsp coconut flour. Now to make the ladoos heat a pan and add Coconut milk, jaggery, oil, and salt mix in constantly. Meanwhile, blend your dry coconut and make small powdery flakes. Once the mixture form a half thread add the coconut flakes, cardamom powder and 2 tablespoons of coconut flour. Cook it for 20 mins and take off heat, let the mixture cool for 2-3 mins and then make ladoos from the mixture. Your healthy coconut ladoos are ready.
The most famous sweet amongst all, Kaju katli, remains a safe ‘gift option’ for almost everybody. The secret ingredient to make this Kaju katli is honey. Yes, you heard it right! You can make this incredible sweet with just 3 ingredients, they are as follows, roasted cashews, honey and ghee. All you have to do is blend the roasted cashews and make a fine powder not a paste. Next, heat a pan, add the powder. Stir it for 2-3 mins and add honey, cook for 10-15 mins. Now take a mould and apply ghee all over it, pour the cashew mixture to it. Let it cool for 10-15 mins. Once cooled cut the katli into a shape of your choice. You favourite Kaju katli is ready, enjoy it with tea.

ragi ladoo is made with Jaggery, Finger millet flour, sesame seed, ghee and peanuts. To make the ladoos you first need to heat a pan and add ghee along with ragi flour, sesame seed, peanuts and roast it till it turns aromatic. Let it aside for cooling and then add jaggery. Blend all the ingredients. Take a small portion of the mix and roll them in the shape of ladoo. You ragi ladoos are ready to eat.
