Thyroid Relieving Smoothie

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams banana, sliced and frozen
- 15 grams spinach leaves
- 40 grams blueberries
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina powder
- 250 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Procedure:
- Slice and freeze the banana if not already done. Wash and measure the spinach leaves and blueberries.
- In a blender, combine the frozen banana slices, spinach leaves, blueberries, chia seeds, ground flaxseeds, cinnamon powder, and spirulina powder.
- Pour in the almond milk and add the coconut oil.
- Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach the desired consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass. Enjoy this nutrient-packed smoothie immediately!
