Apple Kinnu Punch

Apple Kinnu Punch is a delightful and refreshing beverage that combines the sweetness of apple juice with the citrusy tang of kinnu juice, a type of mandarin orange. Enhanced with a touch of lemon and honey, this drink offers a perfect balance of flavors, with an optional hint of spice from grated ginger. It’s garnished with fresh mint leaves and apple slices for an extra burst of freshness.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 200 ml kinnu juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger (optional, for a hint of spice)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Apple slices

Procedure:

  • In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the apple juice, kinnu juice, and lemon juice. Stir well to mix.
  • If you prefer a sweeter punch, add honey  and stir until fully dissolved.
  • For an extra kick, add grated ginger to the mixture and stir.
  • Refrigerate the punch for at least 30 minutes to chill. You can also add ice cubes to

    Pour the punch into glasses over ice cubes.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and apple slices for a decorative touch.
