Garlicky Green Beans with Peanuts

Quick, easy fresh and Crunchy green beans coated with crushed peanut and garlic make this a perfect side dish for your meal.

Green beans, are a rich source of vitamins A, C, and K, and of folic acid and fibre. They are also a positive nutritional and medicinal component.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams green beans
- 5 grams crushed peanuts
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
- Put green beans into a large skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil. Simmer heat to medium-low and cook until beans start to soften, about 5 minutes. Drain water and set aside
- In a blender, add peanuts, chopped garlic and chilli powder. Grind to a course mixture.
- Then in a flat-bottomed pan, add oil and pour in peanut garlic chilli mixture, and sautee for 5-6 mins.
- Toss in the green beans and season with salt and pepper. Fry for sometimes, squeeze over the lime juice and serve warm.
