Dry Fruit Ladoo

All the ingredients added are very nutritious such as dates are high in fiber. Almonds are rich in Vitamin E. Dry fruit laddu lowers bad cholesterol and blood pressure, makes bones strong, a great energy source maintains weight, good for eye health.
Ingredients :
- 5 grams almonds
- 5 grams pistachio
- 5 grams cashew
- 10 grams dates
- 5 grams raisins
- 5 grams Poppy Seeds
- 5 grams sunflower seeds
- 5 grams ghee

Method :
- Blend all the ingredients one after the other and transfer in a bowl. Mix well them properly.
- Heat ghee in a pan and add the mixture and keep stirring on a medium flame to avoid burning and roast till the mixture turns golden brown
- Now add the Poppy Seeds and Sunflower seeds to the roasted mixture.
- Turn off the flame and mix it nicely and let it cool.
- Grease your hands with the remaining ghee. Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape each portion into round balls by rolling in between your palms
- Cool completely and Serve the ladoos
