Hummus pepper siracha

Hummus pepper siracha is an easy to make delicious recipe made with the goodness of vegetables and chickpea hummus rolled within the whole wheat wrap. It can be prepared instantly and can be enjoyed with friends and family.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams whole wheat flour
- 10 grams cucumber (finely chopped)
- 10 grams carrot (finely chopped)
- 10 grams lettuce (finely chopped)
- 10 grams of red, yellow, green (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon chickpea Hummus
- Salt and pepper

Method:
- Combine whole wheat flour and knead the soft dough using little water.
- Cover and keep this aside for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Roll the dough into a round roti using a little wheat flour
- Heat tawa and heat over moderate flame and place roti over it.
- When small bubbles start forming turn it over, and cook it from the other side.
- Press the edges with a spatula so that edges are also cooked well.
- Cook it evenly from both sides. When cooked, with the help of spoon apply the hummus along with finely chopped vegetables mixture on the chapati and twist it to form a roll.
- Serve and enjoy.
