Ingredients:
- 50 grams mushrooms
- 30 grams green beans (boiled)
- 20 grams spring onions
- 2-3 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika

Method:
- Firstly, place the dried mushrooms and 2 cups of water in a medium pot over high heat and cover with lid.
- Bring this to boil until mushrooms soften.
- In another pan, heat olive oil. Then add garlic & spring onions.
- When the onions turn golden brown, add boiled green beans followed by salt and pepper.
- Heat the mixture for a few minutes until it reaches the desired consistency. You can add water to adjust the consistency.
- Lastly, garnish with thyme & smoked paprika. Serve hot.
