Tomatoey Eggs with Chickpeas and Spinach

Tomatoey egg with chickpeas and spinach is a bowl filled with the goodness of spinach enriched with the flavor of garlic which is a perfect combination for our chapattis.

Also garlic is known for its antibacterial and antiviral properties. Chickpeas are also a very good source of Calcium and protein.
Ingredients
- 20 grams of Spinach
- 20 grams tomato
- Ginger garlic paste
- 20 grams onion
- 10 grams of chickpea
- 1 Egg
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 gram oil

Method
- Take a sauce pan and heat oil into it. Fry onion, ginger and garlic paste and spinach.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chickpea along with all the spices into it.
- Simmer for a few minutes and add salt, black pepper as per taste.
- Crack an egg into the bowl, make sure that the yolk and white part is visible.
- Simmer until the egg is fully cooked and serve hot.
