Oats and Roasted Capsicum Soup

Oats and Roasted Capsicum soup is a relishing recipe which you can enjoy at any time during the day to provide you with tangy tinge and flavor.

Ingredients –
- 20 grams rolled oats
- 20 grams Red capsicum
- 20 grams tomato
- 1 bay leaf
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon dry red chili flakes
- Salt and pepper as per taste

- 1. Firstly chop red capsicum and remove seeds from them.
- 2. Put some oil in a pan and roast the capsicum for about 15-20 minutes and keep aside.
- 3. Then Put some oil is saucepan and add bay leaf, finely chopped garlic and cook for few minutes.
- 4. Then add rolled oats, tomato in the pan. 1 cup water and bring to boil.
- 5. Then add Roasted capsicum and add water or vegetable broth to adjust consistency and bring to boil.
- 6. Add salt, pepper and red chili flakes and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- 7. Serve hot.
