Dry Fruit Energy Bites

These Dry Fruit Energy Bites are a wholesome and convenient snack, perfect for on-the-go energy. Combining the richness of nuts with the natural sweetness of dates, raisins, and apricots, these bites provide a delightful blend of flavors and textures without any added sugar.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams almonds
  • 30 grams walnuts
  • 20 grams cashews
  • 20 grams pitted and chopped dates
  • 10 grams raisins
  • 10 grams chopped dried apricots
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Procedure:

  1. In a food processor, blend the almonds, walnuts, and cashews until finely chopped.
  2. Add dates, raisins, apricots, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
  3. Take small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. If needed, wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
  4. Refrigerate the energy bites for 15–20 minutes to firm up before serving.
