Dry Fruit Energy Bites

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 40 grams almonds
- 30 grams walnuts
- 20 grams cashews
- 20 grams pitted and chopped dates
- 10 grams raisins
- 10 grams chopped dried apricots
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Procedure:
- In a food processor, blend the almonds, walnuts, and cashews until finely chopped.
- Add dates, raisins, apricots, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together.
- Take small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls. If needed, wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.
- Refrigerate the energy bites for 15–20 minutes to firm up before serving.
