Strawberry Popsicles

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh strawberries
- 50 grams coconut water
- 1 small sliced banana (about 80 grams)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Procedure:
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, coconut water, and banana. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds if you want a bit of texture and extra fiber.
- Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold, and freeze for 3-4 hours or until solid.
- To release the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
