Strawberry Popsicles

These Strawberry Popsicles are naturally sweetened with banana, bringing out the freshness of the strawberries without any added sugar. Perfect for a healthy, refreshing treat on a warm day.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams fresh strawberries
  • 50 grams coconut water
  • 1 small sliced banana (about 80 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Procedure:

  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, coconut water, and banana. Blend until smooth.
  2. Stir in chia seeds if you want a bit of texture and extra fiber.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds. Place a popsicle stick in each mold, and freeze for 3-4 hours or until solid.
  4. To release the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
