Coconut water with Sabja Seeds

Coconut Water with Sabja Seeds is a refreshing and nutritious beverage perfect for hydration, especially during hot weather. The slight sweetness of coconut water combined with the unique texture of sabja seeds makes for a delightful drink that is both cooling and revitalizing.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 400 ml coconut water (approximately 2 medium coconuts)
- 2 tablespoons sabja seeds (basil seeds), soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Procedure:
- Rinse the sabja seeds under cold water, then soak them in water for about 30 minutes until they swell and become gelatinous. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the coconut water and soaked sabja seeds.
- If desired, add lemon juice for a zesty flavor and stir well. You can also mix in chopped mint leaves for extra freshness.
- Pour the mixture into glasses. Add ice cubes if you prefer a chilled drink. Serve immediately and enjoy!
