This Raw Mango and Papaya Salad is a vibrant and refreshing dish, perfect for hot days. For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams peeled and julienned raw mango
- 150 grams peeled and cubed ripe papaya
- 50 grams peeled and diced cucumber
- 10 grams fresh mint leaves
- 10 grams fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- A pinch of black salt
- A pinch of red chili powder (optional)
Procedure:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the julienned raw mango, cubed papaya, and diced cucumber.
- Gently fold in the chopped mint and coriander leaves to the salad mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, black salt, and red chili powder Pour this dressing over the salad.
