  • 50 grams apple
  • 30 grams blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Method:

  • Firstly, preheat the oven to 450F.
  • Combine all the ingredients like oil, salt, and cardamom in a bowl.

  • Then roast the apple evenly on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Roast the carrots for 30 minutes until they turn golden. Then spoon the blackberries around the apple and place it back in the oven. Roast until the juice start to run.
