Salmon with Pineapple Salsa

Salmon is one dish that is enjoyed by most people. Salmon with pineapple salsa is one recipe with a twist to ordinary salmon. It is made in a special way to provide you with amazing taste and ample benefits.

Ingredients:
- 50 grams salmon fillet
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 tortilla
- 1 tablespoon pineapple salsa
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Method:
- Firstly, preheat the oven and arrange the rack such that the salmon, when placed, will be 2 to 3 inches below the heat source.
- Then, line a baking sheet with foil and lay salmon on the foil. Roast it until the salmon is starting to brown for 5-8 minutes.
- Now sprinkle the salmon with chili powder, spices and salt and drizzle with little olive oil and continue to broil for another 1-2 minutes.
- Then take it out and coat with lime juice, fresh cilantro and remaining olive oil.
- Serve hot with tortillas and pineapple salsa.
