Ingredients –
- 10 grams black beans
- 10 grams chickpeas
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- ½ teaspoon olive oil

Method:
- Firstly, wash and drain chickpeas and black beans.
- Then, combine black beans, chickpeas, lemon juice, chopped parsley, flour and spices and blend together. Process until smooth.

Ingredients
- 20 grams whole wheat flour
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil – ½ teaspoon
Method
- Mix the whole wheat flour and salt in a large bowl.
- Now, knead it to make a soft dough by adding the required water.
- Then, make small balls of dough and flatten it with a rolling pin. (By that time, heat the flat skillet on medium-high flame)
- Now cook the flatten dough to make whole wheat crackers.
