Home-Made Chickpea Ice Cream is a delightful and nutritious twist on traditional ice cream. This creamy and flavorful dessert uses chickpeas as a base, making it a unique option that’s rich in protein and fiber. Combined with the tropical flavor of coconut milk and natural sweeteners, this ice cream is a guilt-free indulgence perfect for warm days.

Ingredients:
- 120 grams cooked chickpeas (60 grams soaked)
- 200 grams coconut milk
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons dark chocolate chips or chunks
Procedure:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the cooked chickpeas, coconut milk, banana, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as needed by adding more banana. If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips for added texture and flavor.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and spread it evenly. Freeze for about 4-6 hours or until firm.
