Avocado Toast

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
- 1 ripe avocado (about 120 grams)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs
Procedure:
- Toast the bread slices until golden and crispy.
- In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork. Add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes, mixing well.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each slice of toasted bread.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately.
