Soak your feet for about 20-25 minutes in this water and after that take a teaspoon of glycerine, rosewater, and lemon juice, mix well and apply onto the cracked heels and leave it overnight. You can also wear a pair of socks as the mixture will be sticky. When you wake up in the morning, wash it off with lukewarm water. For effective results, repeat this for a few days.
  • Vegetable oil cracked heels remedy: Vegetable oil can easily heal up the cracked heels as it is packed with hydrogenated fats which are helpful in nourishing the skin. This trick is very effective and can be done without much effort. Start by washing off your feet and patting them dry. Then apply a coat of vegetable oil on the cracked parts and wear socks overnight and wash off with lukewarm water.
  • Vaseline and lemon juice remedy: We all are aware of the healing properties of Vaseline. Vaseline is great for soothing dry skin and to get rid of dry and achy skin. All you have to do is mix Vaseline and lemon juice together and wear socks and leave it overnight for effective moisturising and rinse off with lukewarm water the next morning. For effective results, do this every night before going to bed.
  • Oatmeal foot mask: We all know about the health benefits of oatmeal but do the benefits of oats are not only limited to health now. It is beneficial for the skin and can also soothe dry and cracked skin in no time. Oatmeal is packed with anti-inflammatory and healing properties that help in removing the dead skin cells by softening them. Take the powder of oats and mix it with olive oil to make a thick paste. Apply it on your cracked skin and rinse with cold water.
