Mango Baked Yogurt

Mango Baked Yogurt is a creamy and tropical dessert, delicately flavored with fresh mango puree and just a hint of vanilla. It’s simple, naturally sweetened, and has a smooth, pudding-like texture that is both satisfying and refreshing.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 150 grams fresh yogurt
- 50 grams Greek yogurt
- 50 grams mango puree (fresh mango, blended until smooth)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh mango chunks for garnish
Procedure:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh yogurt, Greek yogurt, mango puree and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
- Divide the mixture into small oven-safe ramekins or baking dishes.
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F). Place the ramekins in a baking dish, and fill the dish with hot water halfway up the sides of the ramekins (for a water bath). Bake for 20-25 minutes until the yogurt is just set and slightly jiggly in the center.
- Let the ramekins cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 1 hour to set fully.
- Top with fresh mango chunks before serving for a vibrant and tropical finish.
