Fiery Tuna Wrap

For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 200 grams fresh tuna fillet, cooked and flaked
- 50 grams finely chopped bell pepper
- 50 grams finely chopped cucumber
- 30 grams finely chopped red onion
- 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 whole wheat tortillas or wraps (approx. 60 grams each)
- 50 grams mixed salad greens (e.g., lettuce, spinach, arugula)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
Procedure:
- In a bowl, combine the flaked tuna, bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sriracha, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.
Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface. Drizzle a little olive oil on each tortilla for added flavor. - Place a portion of mixed salad greens on each tortilla.
- Spoon the fiery tuna mixture over the greens, ensuring an even distribution.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap.
- Cut the wrap in half and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Serve immediately or pack for a nutritious meal on the go.
