For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 60 grams grated carrot
- 20 grams diced cucumber
- 20 grams diced bell peppers (any color)
- 10 grams chopped cilantro
- 10 grams pumpkin seeds
- 10 grams sesame seeds
- 10 grams raisins
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
