Pistachio & Cashew Roll-ups

The Pistachio and cashew roll is an amazing recipe which can be consumed to curb your sweet cravings. These roll ups are highly nutritious and are enriched with the goodness of pistachio and cashew-nuts along with the sweetness of dates.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients: 

  • 40 grams cashew nuts
  • 40 grams pistachio nuts
  • 30 grams dates (pitted)
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • Silver leaf for garnish (optional)

Procedure: 

  • Finely chop the cashew nuts and pistachio nuts.
  • In a food processor or blender, blend together the cashew nuts, pistachio nuts, dates, and cardamom powder until the mixture forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
  • Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into cylindrical shapes (roll-ups) using your hands.
  • Optionally, garnish the roll-ups with silver leaf for a decorative touch.
