Creamy Asparagus Soup Bowl

The creamy, light asparagus soup gives a boost of nutrition. This is the best super green and super healthy soup to get a punch of the goodness of greens with simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
- 50 grams asparagus
- ½ teaspoon oil
- 1-2 garlic clove
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Kosher salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Method:
- Take a pan and add in some oil and garlic and sauté.
- Then add in the chopped asparagus and cook for 5- 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients for cooking
- Cook well for 5-10 minutes and then turn off the flame.
- Blend it using a blender until it becomes a smooth consistency.
- Take a clean pan and add the mixture and allow to cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Now add the salt and cayenne pepper, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve it hot by garnishing it with some parsley
