Christmas is the ultimate time to enjoy all the treats, right? People gather for dinner parties, enjoy delicious snacks, and play fun-filled games to make the best of this time.
But are you still thinking about what treats to prepare this Christmas? Don’t worry! We got a list of easy-to-prepare and no-bake Christmas treats for you that will be loved by everyone and relished for a long time making the occasion all special. They’re the perfect holiday desserts for Christmas be it office parties, kid’s parties, Secret Santa’s, and cookie swaps.
- Oh so delicious! -Elf cookies: These no-bake cookies are the perfect treat and include all the main food groups. You can start by melting white chocolate in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring in between, until melted. Pour into a large bowl and toss with noodles and marshmallow bits. Drop the mixture slowly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top it with a drizzle of fudge sauce and rainbow sprinkles and refrigerate for about 15 minutes or a little more.
- Eggnog no-bake cheesecake: Cheesecake is the perfect Christmas treat, so why not give it a try in a different way. Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form in a bowl. Add cream cheese and beat until it is completely smooth in texture. Fold in sugar, eggnog, and nutmeg. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust using a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours and it is all set to eat!
- Oreo penguins: We can bet you will melt over these penguins! Start whisking together melted chocolate and coconut oil. Using a spoon, dip Oreos in chocolate and toss until fully coated in the chocolate. Transfer to the baking sheet. Don’t forget to make a penguin face. Place 2 candy eyes on the top and also place a white candy below it on each Oreo. Let set in the refrigerator for 10 minutes for better results.
- No-bake oatmeal cookies: You never go wrong with these delicious cookies. In a saucepan, melt together sugar, cocoa powder, butter, and milk. Bring mixture to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and salt, then stir in oats slowly. Drop tablespoons of mixture onto parchment paper and let sit until cooled and hardened for at least 2 hours. Enjoy these yummy treats.
- Gingerbread fudge: It is as interesting as the name suggests! All you need to start with by mixing white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger and stir until it is fully combined. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined glass baking dish using a spatula. Sprinkle nonpareils on the top and let it sit in the fridge for 1 hour. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
