This Strawberry Yogurt Bowl is a refreshing and nutritious treat that’s perfect for a light breakfast or snack. The blend of crushed strawberries and plain yogurt creates a creamy, fruity base, while the diced kiwi adds a vibrant, tangy twist. Topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and mixed nuts, it offers a satisfying crunch and delightful flavor.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 100 grams crushed strawberries
- 200 grams plain yogurt
- 10 grams diced kiwi
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon mixed nuts of choice for garnishing
Procedure:
- Start by taking 1 small bowl.
- Add strawberry crush and yoghurt in the bowl/jar. Mix well to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Take a mason jar or any other glass jar.
- Pour in the strawberry mixture, top it with chopped kiwis.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon and honey.
- Garnish with chopped nuts and serve immediately.
