Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings are a flavorful and aromatic dish, perfect for a snack or appetizer. The wings are coated in a zesty mixture of minced garlic and fresh ginger, enhanced with the tang of apple cider vinegar and a blend of paprika, black pepper, cumin, and thyme. Baked to a crispy golden brown, these wings offer a delightful crunch and a burst of savory and slightly spicy flavors. The combination of garlic and ginger not only adds a delicious taste but also infuses the wings with health-boosting properties.

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken wings
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley or coriander
Procedure:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to ensure they crisp up nicely.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, apple cider vinegar, paprika, black pepper, ground cumin, dried thyme or rosemary, and salt.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the garlic-ginger mixture.
- For extra flavor, let the wings marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator, if time allows.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or coriander if desired.
