Turmeric Spinach Eggs

Turmeric Spinach Eggs is a nutrient-rich and flavorful dish that combines eggs with spinach and a touch of turmeric for added health benefits. It’s perfect for a wholesome breakfast or a quick, healthy meal.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 cloves garlic
- 50 grams chopped tomatoes chopped
- 60 grams spinach
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Salt & pepper as per taste
Procedure :
- Firstly, put the coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Then sautee the garlic followed by tomatoes and spinach leaves.
- Now whisk the egg and add turmeric. Season with chilli flakes and salt & pepper.
- Add this egg mixture to the pan with the spinach and stir for 5-8 minutes until you achieve the desired consistency.
- Serve hot with a multigrain bread!
