The Tangy Green Apple Refresher is a crisp, revitalizing drink that combines the tartness of green apples with the zesty kick of lime juice. It’s a refreshing choice, especially for warm days or after physical activity.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium green apples
- 200 ml cold water
- Juice of 1 lime
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
Procedure:
- Place the chopped apples in a blender. Add the lime juice and blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the apple mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
- Add the cold water or sparkling water to the apple mixture. Stir well to combine.
- If using, muddle a few fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher for a refreshing flavor.
- Pour the refresher into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with extra mint leaves or apple slices if desired.
