Tangy Green Apple Refresher

The Tangy Green Apple Refresher is a crisp, revitalizing drink that combines the tartness of green apples with the zesty kick of lime juice. It’s a refreshing choice, especially for warm days or after physical activity.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium green apples
  • 200 ml cold water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • A few fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes

Procedure:

  • Place the chopped apples in a blender. Add the lime juice and blend until smooth.
  • If you prefer a smoother drink, strain the apple mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a pitcher.
  • Add the cold water or sparkling water to the apple mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • If using, muddle a few fresh mint leaves and add them to the pitcher for a refreshing flavor.
  • Pour the refresher into glasses over ice cubes. Garnish with extra mint leaves or apple slices if desired.
